TUESDAYS STARTING JANUARY 28 - GRIEF AFTER LOSING A CHILD (NORMAL)

Tuesday evenings at the Epiphany parish hall in Normal from 6:30 to 8:30PM for anyone (parents or grandparents) who is dealing with the pain of losing a child and are searching for the hope of Christ.  Come whenever you are available.  It's 10 weeks and it's free.

FEBRUARY 1 - PACK THE PLACE & SPAGHETTI DINNER

Bloomington's Central Catholic Hight School's annual Spaghetti Dinner will begin with Dinner from 4:30PM-7PM. Then, they'll all head into the gym for the 7:00 for Pack The Place boys basketball game.

FEBRUARY 2 - IGNITE HIGH SCHOOL 

All Catholic High Schoolers regardless of which church they normally attend can go to  5:30PM Mass at Epiphany, with dinner & a Project Linus Service opportunity to 6:30- 8pm.

FEBRUARY 9 - EMMAUS KNIGHTS TEENS OF ENTIRE PEORIA DIOCESE GATHERING

Join teens from throughout the entire Peoria Dicocese for a Sunday of friendship, faith, food, fun and and formation at the Emmaus House in West Peoria.  It's for young men grades 7 thru 12.  The kid's fathers are encouraged to stick around for a time of fraternity when dropping off kids. It's led by Father Chase Hilgenbrink, former elite soccer player & current vocations director for Peoria's diocese.

An open house will be held from 5PM-6:30PM at Corpus Christi School in Bloomington.  You can meet the teachers, visit their classrooms, ask questions. If you are inclined to gather info on registering, you can learn about it.  School phone number is 309-662-3712 RSVP at the link below:

FEBRUARY 13 - YOUNG-AT-HEART VALENTINE LUNCHEON​

Young-at-Heart is for people regardless of whether they are married or single 50 years of age or older.  They will Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a uncheon at the Olive Garden in Bloomington. Seating will begin at 11:30AM. You will order off the menu. Come enjoy a delicious meal and conversation with friends.  Reservations appreciated by Feb. 10. FEBRUARY 14–16 - MEN'S CURSILLO RETREAT (CHAMPAIGN-URBANA)

ATTENTION! CURSILLO IS LOOKING FOR A FEW GOOD MEN! Men, feel like you would like to increase your faith life, find a way to become a better Christian and grow as a man of God? There will be a Men’s Cursillo coming to St. Patrick’s in Urbana. Register now for 3 days of talks, laughter, fun, music, Mass, and discussion and a great time with other guys seeking the same thing. FEBRUARY 15 – ABIDE IN ME HIGH SCHOOL RETREAT

The Abide in Me - High School Youth Retreat is a great moment of encounter for our high school aged kids to gather together to learn, connect, and be inspired to live a Eucharist centered life. This day retreat will feature great speakers, vibrant praise and worship, a spotlight on sacred vocations, opportunities for the sacraments, and more.  The event will be held at the Sacre-Coeur Retreat Center from 9:30AM thru 8:00 PM.  The cost is $35 per person.  For families with more than 2 children, there is a maximum cost total of $75 max per family. BELOW ARE EVENTS OCURRING MONTHLY

1st SATURDAY OF EACH MONTH - JOIN A CARMELITE SPIRITUALITY GROUP
At 9AM, the "Carmelite Spirituality Group" will meet at historic St. Patrick's Catholic Church in the parish hall, in Bloomington. Is God calling you to become a Third Order Lay Carmelite? Do you want to learn more about the Carmelite way? If you are 18 years or older, and a Catholic in good standing, you are invited to attend the meetings held every 1st Saturday of the month. 2ND SATURDAY OF EACH MONTH – PRAYER FOR PRIESTS

All are welcome at Historic St. Patrick’s Church in Bloomington at 3PM.  They will pray the rosary, divine mercy chaplet and other prayers for current priests and for future priestly vocations. 

4th SUNDAY OF EACH MONTH - SECULAR FRANCISCAN MEETING (NEWCOMERS ARE WELCOME)

Have you been thinking about following Christ in the footsteps of St Francis of Assisi? If so, you are invited to visit the St Margaret of Corona Fraternity. They are an Order of Franciscan Seculars who meet the fourth Sunday of each month in the St Mary's of Bloomington Parish Hall (lower level below church) from 2:00 to 4:00 pm.  Do you want to promote peace, love, charity and goodness in your life? Then, you are welcome to come & see if this is the path to your journey of simplicity and community.

ONGOING – EUCHARISTIC REVIVAL VIRTUAL CATHOLIC CONFERENCE

Without having to go anywhere, you can have access to great free talks about Jesus’ presence in the Eucharist that you can play whenever you want.  In addition, there are some live talks, too.  Imagine for a moment what it could mean for our Church, our families, and the world if we realized that Jesus is present and more powerful than the storm around us.  Among the long list of speakers, you may recognize some of them, such as Dr. Gregory Popcak who hosts More2Life on Catholic Spirit Radio.  However, the conference is NOT affiliated with Catholic Spirit Radio.  It's not too late.  Sign up anytime.  You'll continue to have access until September 2025.  For more info, visit the website and hit register button:  https://go.virtualcatholicconference.com/ERC22
